PTA works with the school to bring many assemblies to our students. This year, assemblies will be virtual experiences. Assemblies provide an opportunity for all students to learn and be exposed to new things in an interesting and fun way. PTA typically spends ~$6,000 a year in school assemblies. Our goal is for students to attend one assembly per month.
Next Date: TBD
Our Spring Carnival is typically held in May, and is a fun community event for our school and neighborhood. There are games, prizes, and activities suitable for all elementary age kids, and everyone is welcome. This is a large event, and we can always use help making the magic happen. Please see the Get Involved page for how to help us, either with donations or time.
Ornament Night / Merry Makers Night
Ornament Night is a fun event where students can come create crafts with a wide variety of supplies. They make ornaments, cards, and other imaginative creations. The crafting is free, and PTA sells concessions to help offset the cost.
This year, we have planned a special virtual makers night. Click here for information about how to participate.
Our Fall Festival is typically held in late October or early November, and is a fun community event for our school and neighborhood. There are games, prizes, and activities suitable for all elementary age kids, and everyone is welcome. This is a large event, and we can always use help making the magic happen. Please see the Get Involved page for how to help us, either with donations or time. More information on this year's Fall Festival is available on our Fall Festival page.
The arts—and the National PTA® Reflections program—support student success and serve as a valuable tool for engaging families and building strong partnerships in the school community. Founded in 1969, Reflections engages over 300,000 students and their families in arts education activities each year by encouraging students to explore the arts for fun and recognition.

In a normal year, PTA would plan and deliver the programs listed below. In this Distance Learning year, we will continually evaluate how we can creatively bring these educational experiences.
Parent Teacher Conference Week
We like to show our appreciation to all the Noble Teachers by having a Potluck during the Parent-Teacher Conferences. Lots of teachers will be working late so we think it's a great way to show them how much we value their time and energy. Please consider signing up to bring something yummy. Please click here to sign up!
Examples of things to bring: fruit salad, veggie platter, hummus, enchiladas, pasta, pizza, spring rolls, fried rice, chow mein, desserts, water, juice, etc. All food and drinks must be store bought. Please bring your dish or drinks to the office. Thank you!
Garden Volunteers Needed!
PTA Noble Garden Club is open to all.
First Saturday of every month starting October 5th, the garden will be open from 9 to 11am. Please come and help make our school garden beautiful. No special skills are necessary, just a willing attitude and a desire to help us keep the garden usable.
Our wonderful teachers and students would like to start planting seeds and seedlings. We would also like to open up the garden to the kids at lunch time once a week. Please let us know if you can help out. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
TerraCycle's purpose is to eliminate the idea of waste. They do this by creating national recycling systems for previously non-recyclable or hard-to-recycle waste. Anyone can sign up for these programs, called the Brigades, and start sending them waste.
TerraCycle then upcycles the collected waste into a wide variety of products and materials. With more than 20 million people collecting waste in 14 countries TerraCycle has diverted billions of units of waste and used them to create over 1,500 different products available at major retailers ranging from WalMart to Whole Foods Market and online at http://www.dwellsmart.com
Noble PTA is an active partner of TerraCycle and has multiple brigades for “TerraCycling.” We have made about $2,000 from our TerraCycle” Cash for Trash Campaign” and recycled over 78,000 pieces of trash. How cool is that?
We collect recyclables all year long in the office or in the designated bins located throughout the school. This program not only benefits the school by providing funds, but also teaches our children the value of preserving our planets natural resources. It’s cool to be green!!! Click on our TerraCycle Chart to see all the “out of the box” items that we recycle.
We were even featured in the Berryessa Sun news.
We are always looking for environmentalists to help sort items and get them ready to ship out. Even scouts can participate for badges.
Let’s work together and continue to keep our school “green.”
Noble PTA partners with the school to help support their annual spring Field Day event.
At Noble, our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders compete in a Spelling Bee. Preliminary rounds are held during class time, and the final Spelling Bee takes place during an assembly.
